CHRISTMAS IS FOR CHILDREN
If Christmas is for children,
Then let’s find a tree so tall
That it seems to touch the ceiling
And completely fills the hall.
Hang the ornaments and Angels
String the lights and turn them on
Let the sound of music fill you
With your favorite Christmas songs.
Greet your fellow friends and neighbors
With a hearty Christmas cheer
Shower words of love and kindness
To those souls that you hold dear.
For if Christmas is for children
Then you will not think it odd
When I give you this true message:
You are still a child to God.
